Hi, to avoid any misunderstandings on offers agreed upon with each individual buyers, please note the following :

1) The offer given is for the certain/particular interested buyer when making arrangements on closing the deal.

2) If you, the interested buyer DID NOT take up the offer on the spot, it automatically expires the very next day.

3) Therefore, even if future interested buyers (not the first) read about the offer at the Question & Answer page, the offer does not apply anymore.
